Internationally recognized professional organizer, Lanna Cairns, has been teaching people how to gain mastery over their physical environment since 1998. Her client list is vast as well as impressive, including: BMW, Sylvan Learning Center, Canyon Ranch, SBC Global, Harcourt-Brace, Mondavi Wineries and Schramsberg Winery, amongst others. A popular, entertaining public speaker, Cairns frequently addresses gatherings of Global CEO's on behalf of TEC Intentional, a company that educates CEOs around the world. Cairns's classes on time management and managing paper draw eager audiences at academic institutions. Able to bridge the corporate and residential arenas, Lanna Cairns has a special place in her heart for working with individuals at home, including adults, children, and the elderly. Cairns's unique organizing method has attracted attention from leading media, including: Forbes, Northbay Biz, Cosmo, Parenting and Kids' Rooms and a guest on CBC and CTV. Lanna's first book, "Organizing for Your Brain Type" was released in May 2005 and reprinted almost immediately. Her second book, "Every Child Has a Thinking Style" will be released in March 2006. As of September 2005, her biweekly newspaper column, "Lanna Nakone's Organized World," appears in The Napa Valley Register. Lanna is a member of NAPO, the National Association of Professional Organizers, speaking annually at both their National and Western Regional Conferences. A native of Canada, Cairns earned her Masters degree in the prestigious McMaster University and currently resides in California's renowned Napa Valley.
