I joined the TKE holiday wrapping team a decade ago and just recently became a children's book seller. It has been a dream come true. I was a late bloomer to any real consistant reading until I had my first baby in my late 20's. I fell in love with reading at that time with the Anne of Green Gables series. I taught preschool 20 years ago and became obsessed with children's books. As my two sons grew, so did my library. For ten years, I taught Children's Literature once a week for K-3 in a co-op elementary school. I transitioned into being the Children's Literature program director that created curriculum for volunteers to teach literature once a month for K-6. I was also the book fair director for several years where I fell in love with young adult books. My love for reading has grown and expanded over the last three decades and I love most genres.
